We were at the last chance saloon and needed to inflict a heavy defeat if we were to cling on to our diminishing chances of silverware from the regular season. Alas, we let the opportunity slip through our fingers and racked up a modest 7 – 4 win. Only one player needs to hang his head in shame and we will see if he leaves a message for us in the guestbook. Otherwise the frames went: - Waspy won, Saz won, MJ won, Gordon lost, Ian won, Craig lost, Trevor lost, Gordon & MJ won, Trevor & Jamie won, Ian & Craig lost.

My guess is the captains will mix it up a bit for the rest of the season. Let’s have some fun for the remainder and focus on the cups.
