Following
last week’s successful match in the final league game the Tulip side were
confident of victory in the Divisional Cup 1st round, again playing
at home against the Boreham Social Club.
However
things didn’t really go according to plan and the match was all over without
even finishing the singles!!
Waspy
was the only person to win his frame with Glenn, Craig, Ian, Trevor, Craig & Tam all unable to win. Every frame went close and the 6-1 final
score really didn’t reflect how close the match was, The Social Club making
better of their chances than the home side did.
So now its forward looking to the upcoming
Essex Trophy and 9-Aside competitions as well as the Summer league looming.
