CHELMSFORD POOL CLUB
Last week we beat the Flyer for the first time in a
long time, putting the whole team on a high. We hoped that we could use this
and do the whole league a favour by beating the Pool Club. With The Pool Club
having a team full of top quality players, this was always going to be a tough
ask. And so it proved to be. Whether it was their quality, our missed chances,
the table (and god let’s not start on the table) or the lack of food in the
belly, the match was one way traffic. The one highlight of the night was Craig
getting 2 out of 2 taking him to the top of our team rankings.
Let’s hope we can pick up the pieces next week.
